The terms and conditions set out below (“Conditions”) apply to your use of the

In accessing, using, viewing, transmitting, caching or storing this Site or any

its services, functions, materials, or contents, you shall be deemed to have agreed

The Site makes available information relating to DTR Jungle Hideaways, a wildlife resort situated near the Kishanpur Zone Gate of Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, Bhira Kheri, Tehsil Palia Kalan, District Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh 262901, owned and operated by DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP, a limited liability partnership constituted under the laws of India. References in these Conditions to DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP include its partners, employees and authorised representatives.
The Site contains the name, trade and service marks, logos, devices of DTR Jungle
Hideaways LLP. Intellectual Property is protected from copying and simulation under
national and international laws and may not be reproduced, copied or otherwise used
in any manner whatsoever, on any material whether tangible or intangible, without
the express prior written permission and consent of DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP.
Without limitation, you must not use any of the said trade or service marks, either
alone or in conjunction or combination or variation with other trade and service
marks, logos and devices:
• In or as the whole or part of your own trade marks;

by DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP and except as specifically provided in these Conditions
may not be copied, distributed, displayed, reproduced or transmitted, in any form or
by any means whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise,
without the prior written approval of DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP.
Without limitation you may not, without such approval from DTR Jungle Hideaways

• If the breach related to products and the products can be repaired the remedy
will
be limited to repair of such products or payment of the costs of having the products
repaired, but otherwise, replacement of the products or the supply of equivalent
products or payment of the cost of replacing the products or of acquiring equivalent
products.
The limitation of liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on
contract, tort, negligence, strict liability or any other basis even if we have been
advised of the possibility of such damage.

therewith, as the case may be, your sole and exclusive remedy shall be to

All reservations are subject to availability and are confirmed only when we send
you a written confirmation by email or WhatsApp. Rates quoted on the Site or in a
quotation are per room per night unless stated otherwise, are exclusive of GST
unless stated otherwise, and may change without notice until a booking is
confirmed. Taxes and statutory levies are charged at the rate applicable on the
date of invoice.
We may ask for an advance payment to hold a reservation. Advance payments are
collected through a payment gateway and are adjusted against your final bill. The
balance is payable at or before check-out.
Standard check-in and check-out timings, occupancy limits, extra bed charges,
meal plans and safari arrangements are as communicated in your booking
confirmation. Safari permits are issued by the Forest Department of Uttar Pradesh
and are subject to its rules, availability, zone closures and identification
requirements. We arrange safaris on your behalf and are not responsible for refusal
of entry, zone closure or any sighting outcome.
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification at
check-in, as required by law. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation where
identification is not produced, where occupancy limits would be exceeded, or where
a guest's conduct endangers staff, other guests or wildlife.
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our
Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms
part of these Conditions.
If you breach any of these Conditions your license to use the Site will terminate
immediately without the necessity of any notice being given to you.
Otherwise access to the Site may be terminated at any time by DTR Jungle
Hideaways
LLP without notice.
The provisions of these Conditions excluding, limiting and disclaiming the
liability
of DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP will nevertheless survive any such termination.
You agree to indemnify and defend and hold us and our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, agents and employees harmless from any claim or demand, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this agreement or the documents it incorporates by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party. DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP’s failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive its right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
With respect to all communications made to DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP on or through the Site including, without limitation, feedback, questions, comments and suggestions (the “Communications”): (a) no right of confidentiality shall apply to the Communications and DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP shall have no obligation to protect the Communications from disclosure; (b) DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose and distribute the Communications to others; and (c) DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know‐how or techniques contained in the Communications for any purpose whatsoever, including, without limitation, the development, production and marketing of products and services that incorporate such information.
DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP does not accept any liability for any failure by DTR Jungle
Hideaways LLP to comply with these Conditions where such failure is due to
circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
If DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP waives any rights available to it under these
Conditions
on one occasion, this does not mean that those rights will automatically be waived
on any other occasion.
If any of these Conditions are invalid, unenforceable or illegal for any reason,
the
remaining Conditions shall nevertheless continue in full force.
You are completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes and
assessments
arising out of the use of the Site.
DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP respects the privacy of the users of this Site. Your use of
the Site is subject to DTR Jungle Hideaways LLP Privacy Policy. If you would like to

Substantive laws of the Republic of India
“Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Conditions, the Site and/or
the subject matter or any agreement between the guests/visitors and DTR Jungle
Hideaways LLP, including any question regarding its existence, validity or
termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance
with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended from time to time.
The seat of the arbitration shall be Lakhimpur Kheri, Uttar Pradesh.
The Tribunal shall consist of one arbitrator.
The language of the arbitration shall be English.
The law governing this arbitration agreement shall be law of India.”

The slab is decided by the number of clear days between the date we receive your
written cancellation request and your check-in date. Refund percentages apply to
the total amount paid, inclusive of GST.
1. Cancellation 15 days or more before the check-in date: 100% of the
amount paid is refunded.
2. Cancellation 8 to 14 days before the check-in date: 75% of the amount paid
is refunded.
3. Cancellation 4 to 7 days before the check-in date: 50% of the amount paid
is refunded.
4. Cancellation 3 days or less before the check-in date: no refund.
5. No-show, or early departure after check-in: no refund for the unused nights.
6. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to
info@dtrjunglehideaways.com from
the email address or WhatsApp number used at the time of booking. The date and time
the request is received at our end is treated as the date of cancellation.
7. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days of the cancellation
being confirmed, to the same payment method and account used for the original
payment. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to credit the amount.
8. If a booking fails or is not confirmed and money has already been debited,
the entire amount is refunded to the same account. Please email the transaction
details to

that we can trace it with our bank.
9. Safari permits, gypsy charges and guide fees paid to the Forest Department
and its authorised operators are refundable only to the extent that the issuing
authority refunds them to us.
10. Where a stay has to be cancelled or cut short because of circumstances
beyond our control, including flooding, road closure, forest department orders or
seasonal closure of safari zones, we will offer a date change or a credit valid for
a future stay in place of a cash refund.
