NH9 is mostly four-lane up to Bareilly. After that the roads are quieter district roads, so plan to finish the last part in daylight.
Trains on the Delhi-Moradabad-Bareilly-Lucknow line stop at Bareilly and Shahjahanpur. Take a night train, sleep on the way, and our car picks you up from the station in the morning. You reach the resort by late morning, in time for an afternoon safari, without spending a daylight day on the road.

About 7 hours by road from Delhi to DTR Jungle Hideaways at the Kishanpur gate of Dudhwa Tiger Reserve, with a short food break. Leaving by 5-6 am gets you there by early afternoon.
Take NH9 via Ghaziabad, Garh Mukteshwar, the Moradabad bypass and Rampur to the Bareilly bypass. Then take Pilibhit Road via Puranpur to Khuttar Crossing, turn left to Mailani and Bhira, and left again towards Kishanpur Gate.

There is no airport at Dudhwa. The closer options are Bareilly airport and Lucknow airport (about 4 hours from the resort). Flight routes change, so check the current schedule; we arrange pickup from both airports.
Gajraula on NH9 has plenty of highway restaurants and is a good breakfast stop. Bareilly is the last big city for a proper meal and fuel before the quieter roads to the park.
